Our commitment

North Lake Health is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508.

Measures we take

• A “skip to main content” link and a single main landmark on every page
• Semantic headings, landmarks, and labeled forms that work with screen readers
• Text alternatives for images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology
• Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds the 4.5:1 ratio for body text
• Buttons and controls sized for comfortable touch use on mobile devices
• Error messages announced to assistive technology, not signaled by color alone

Assessment and known limitations

We review the site against WCAG 2.1 AA using a combination of automated testing and manual keyboard and screen reader checks, and we review again whenever we release significant changes. Some third-party components, such as the hosted payment form used at checkout, are controlled by our payment processor, and some product documents supplied by manufacturers may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need any document in an accessible format, we will provide one.

Requesting help or reporting a barrier

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need help placing an order, email us at the address below with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly. We will also help you complete any task by phone or email in the meantime.
