Who these terms cover

These terms apply to individuals who create a patient account using a link or code from a clinic that works with North Lake Health, and who order products for their own personal use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place an order.

Your relationship with your clinic and with us

Your clinic recommends products and supports your care. North Lake Health sells and ships the products to you and is the merchant of record for your purchase. Your clinic earns a margin on products you order through its link. Your clinic can see your contact details and a summary of your orders, but not your payment card details.

North Lake Health does not provide medical advice and does not review your health history. Decisions about what is appropriate for you rest with you and your healthcare provider.

Safety information

These products are dietary supplements, not medications. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk with your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, scheduled for surgery, or managing a medical condition. Read the label before use and stop use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.

Prices and payment

Retail prices are shown in your account after you sign in. The full amount you will pay, including shipping and any applicable sales tax, is displayed before you confirm payment. We do not add fees afterward. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping

Orders ship directly to the address on your account. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery; if a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.

Returns and cancellation

You may return unopened product within 30 days, and we cover damaged, incorrect, or missing items in full. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy. If you set up monthly replenishment, you can cancel it yourself at any time from your account, as described in our Auto-Renewal Terms.

Your account and privacy

Keep your password confidential and let us know about any unauthorized use. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, what your clinic can see, and the rights you have over your information, including the right to request a copy or deletion.
