Wholesale Account Terms
Last updated: Draft — not yet finalized
Editable placeholder — pending legal review. This page is a working draft for internal and clinic reference. It does not create binding legal terms until reviewed and finalized by North Lake Health's legal counsel.
Approval required
Wholesale pricing, ordering, and portal access are available only to clinic accounts reviewed and approved by North Lake Health. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and North Lake Health may request additional information, decline an application, or reverse a prior approval at its discretion.
Eligible accounts
Wholesale accounts are intended for licensed healthcare providers dispensing products within their own clinical practice. Approved clinics agree not to resell products to consumers outside of a clinic setting or to other businesses without prior written arrangement with North Lake Health.
Resale and tax-exemption certificates
Clinics may be asked to provide a resale or tax-exemption certificate to support certain purchases. Certificates may be submitted at the time of application or afterward. North Lake Health reviews submitted certificates and may request updated or corrected documentation before applying related tax treatment.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is shown only to approved clinic accounts after sign-in and is subject to change without prior notice. Pricing at the time an order is placed governs that order.
Order minimums
North Lake Health may set opening and reorder minimums for wholesale accounts. Current minimums are shown in the clinic portal and may be adjusted from time to time.
Payment
Payment terms, including any invoice or net-terms options, are described in the Invoice and Payment Terms page and apply to all wholesale purchases.
Account suspension
North Lake Health may pause or close a wholesale account for noncompliance with these terms, incomplete verification, or nonpayment.
