Requesting a review
If a clinic believes an order arrived incorrect, damaged, or otherwise in error, the clinic may contact North Lake Health to request a review. Each request is evaluated individually.
No standing return right
Because this is a wholesale, business-to-business relationship, this policy does not establish a fixed return window, automatic refund right, or exchange guarantee. Any resolution, including a credit, replacement, or refund, is offered at North Lake Health's discretion after review.
Product condition
Products intended for return consideration should remain unopened and in the condition received unless the request relates to a manufacturing or shipping issue.
