What you are agreeing to

Monthly replenishment is an optional recurring order. When you enroll, you authorize North Lake Health to charge your saved payment method automatically each month for the items and quantities you selected, plus any applicable shipping and tax, until you cancel. Enrollment is never automatic and is never pre-selected for you — you must actively choose it.

Amount and timing

The amount charged each month is the current price of the items in your plan, shown to you before you enroll and shown again in your account at any time. The first charge occurs when you enroll, and each following charge occurs on the same day of each month. If a month does not have that day, the charge occurs on the last day of that month.

Price changes

If the price of a recurring order changes, we will email you at least 14 days before the new price is charged so you can change or cancel the plan first.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Sign in, open your account, go to Monthly replenishment, and select Cancel on the plan. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges: you will not be billed again, and you keep anything already paid for and shipped. You do not need to call, chat, or speak to anyone to cancel, and we will not require you to complete any additional offer or survey.

If you prefer, you may also cancel by emailing us from the address on your account. We will confirm the cancellation by email.

Reminders and confirmations

We email you a confirmation when you enroll, which restates the amount, the billing frequency, and how to cancel. We email a receipt after every recurring charge.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt the charge again and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, the plan is paused rather than continuing to accrue charges.

Your state law rights

These terms are intended to comply with the federal Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act and with state automatic renewal laws, including California’s. Nothing here limits any right you have under those laws.
